Our Team
We are a team of twelve, year 12 , students from a Sixthform in Cheltenham. Starting year twelve was a challenge for many of us and we have found that Young Enterprise has been such a great way to make friends, build our CV’s and UCAS applications and get involved in business.
Taking part in the Young Enterprise programme is not only educational but it’s genuinely great fun. We have the opportunity to have the experience of turning an idea into a real product, collaborating with our new friends, and making our first sales. From creative brainstorming sessions at the beginning, to local trade events and team outings, the journey is packed with memorable moments. It’s a chance to challenge ourselves, discover new strengths, and enjoy the pride that comes from building something together.
When creating our product, we decided to dedicate ourselves to a topic an important topic to all of us, Mental health by creating this product we aim to help students achieve their goals and care for their mental health at the same time, and emphasise that whilst exams are important, so are you.

Our brand aids young people struggling with the pressures of exam stress. Our vision involves three fundamental values: Calmness, Motivation, Stability. Additionally, our vision aims to provide calm focus, stress relief, motivation, sleep support and boosted moods, for young minds, to prepare them for the overwhelming exam period.
Mission statement
Our mission is to support young people to their goals of wellbeing and academic success through quality herbal teas alongside practical mental health and revision strategies. We aim to manage stress, enable calm focus, and support healthy study habits, thus enabling students to feel balanced and prepared for exam periods.
Goals
Our goal is to ensure mental health struggles is not a barrier to achieving academic success. By integrating premium quality herbal teas with practical mental health and revision strategies, we seek to reduce stress, build motivation, and improve focus. Consequently, we hope this will equip students for academic success.
Young Enterprise
The Young Enterprise programme is a nationally recognised initiative that equips young people with the knowledge, confidence, and real-world experience needed to succeed in business and beyond. For over 60 years, it has helped students develop practical skills by guiding them through the process of launching and running their own company — from initial idea to final sale.
Working as a team, students learn how to manage finances, market their products, solve problems, and communicate professionally, all while being supported by experienced volunteers, teachers and business mentors. The programme is widely respected by employers and universities alike for producing capable, forward-thinking young people who are ready to take on future challenges.
